Our Overseas Visitor and Overseas Student Health Cover helps meet visa conditions for 482, 485, 600 and student visas.
If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, go to your closest public hospital emergency department or call 000 immediately for help. If you have just been injured in an accident, or are suffering from a medical emergency, you can call our 24-hour emergency helpline. If you have any concerns or you do not understand a decision we have made, we would like to hear from you.
If you are experiencing issues logging into the new Allianz MyHealth app or member portal or cannot use your new policy number (starting in P00), please be aware you can still visit one of our direct billing medical providers with your Allianz Global Assistance membership card - they can find your new policy number in the system.
100% of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) fee for medical services provided in hospital. Surgically implanted prostheses up to the approved amount listed on the Australian Prostheses List.
Your base medical cover does not include services such as dental, optical and physiotherapy, this is the same for all Australians. OSHC Extras is an optional health insurance policy that covers some common services you might need from time to time, like getting your teeth cleaned by a dentist, new reading glasses or physiotherapy treatment.
