I have been a member of bussq for as long as I can remember, we have had our ups and downs but I have been retired for seven years now and the staff have looked after my account with a great retirement plan . I highly recommend any one who is looking to do the same please take my advice and speak to the staff before doing so . Ray B.

Reporting to Ombudsmen, making excuse after excuse to transfer to another fund, this has been going on for Months, we have filled out forms that they say they have never received, forms signed by police to verify who I am, now not completed properly, why would I go to police station and have them sign. All stalling tactics, why?? Definitely changing to Sunsuper, their service was amazing, avoid BussQ if you can.

Definitely one of the best industry super funds around, they compare favourably in returns & fee structure against larger & smaller funds.
My only complaint is that they aren't as flexible to self employed people as they are for employed. Most self employed in the construction industry are boss & worker, this needs to be more widely acknowledged by a union run super fund.
