Otaku is a Japanese term for people with obsessive interests, commonly in the anime and manga fandom. It essentially translates to nerd/ geek in English.
When Otaku Garage carry out any mechanical repairs on a customers car we hold communication as an importance in the process. Otaku Garage will contact the customer with a quote before carrying out any mechanical repairs. The worst mechanic shop by far. If you love your car and if you have any respect for your car, avoid this mechanic shop at any cost.
I had a water leak from my 300ZX so I sent few emails to them to confirm repair time and if they do warranty on their work using the parts I provide as I always try to get the best part available in the market. They told me the job WILL TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS and they WARRANTY the work if the parts come from a specific provider, they also provided me with detailed quote with all charges which was around $1500. Took my vehicle here about a month ago to get a 30,000km service. Less then 2 weeks later I had a massive oil leak, luckily it happened in my garage and not on the road otherwise I would’ve cooked my engine. Took my vehicle to a reputable mechanic and they had found the sump plug was not tightened properly, the coolant levels were not topped up either. Sure everyone makes mistakes but it’s a pretty simple thing to double check and tighten. So I’m presuming a lot did not get done right with the service. Confronted the staff about this who said they would refund me the cost of their service

The crew at Otaku have been working on my much beloved '73 TA22 Celica for quite some time now; basically doing resto work as quickly as I can pay for it 😉.
I'm extremely impressed with their attitude and enthusiasm, and it was clear from the get-go that these guys were as invested in my old school beast as I was. The Otaku garage team love their Japanese cars AND the quality of their product reflects this. I couldn't recommend them more highly 👍🇯🇵👍🇯🇵

I've had my car and friends car serviced here. Great crew , friendly and tidy workshop. Sam has a great beard too!
Had cars ranging from Honda to Jaguar , they can work on anything.
Swift , efficient , and great attention to detail all packed in for a good price.

Absolutely awesome. I would not trust anyone else with my car after my experience with these guys. They had my car in there about 4 weeks in a row, and still got it to me when I needed it after some part suitability issues, due to the car being an import. As well: Sam knows his work and is great to deal with.
They are great guys and I would recommend Otaku Garage to anyone.
