AEI manages my claim against DHL (or its Australian logistic partner) who accepted liability for crashing into my car. It happened just one day before my relocation from Sydney to Melbourne. They called me and asked me to change my replacement vehicle provider, threatening me that I may need to pay out of my pocket if I don't change. I did so because did not want trouble (maybe I shouldn't change).
I asked them to let me know at least a couple of weeks before I need to return it and pick up my car (because it is in Sydney and I need to book my flight!). What they decided to do was only informing

Critical: Professionalism
They claims manager is a very rude lady, very unprofessional and blatantly refuses to accept they're wrong when it's very obvious their client is at fault, just because they do not want to be responsible for something they clearly should be responsible for. Would not even listen but instead hung up the phone.

I had been communicating with the Claims Manager & Business Development Manager, Chad S, but one day he shut all the communications from me, leaving me unable to solve a problem which was caused by his client. One day, he demands something, and the other day demands different things, and at the end ignores all my massages. never dealt with such a useless and helpless person. no one should be using this company since the claims and business development manager is such a failure and cannot get things done. poor guy
