Young Brendan came and serviced our A/C units. He was professional and on time and also did a great job and explained everything he was going to do. We now have peace of mind our A/C is running great and we are breathing fresh air again.

Very bad experience for repairing air ducted air cond
Nick cannot point out the main leakage spot at 1st time visit.
At 2nd visit,he said he cannot fix it up because of limited roof space, but repair cost still be charged.
He should point out limited roof space at first time visit.
Not recommend to use this company

Nothing instills fear and dread more than knowing you need to have your AC looked at (mine wasn't cooling all of the time, which isn't good in December!).
Picked All Purpose as wanted someone who only does AC and website came across as friendly company.
Made request via email and got a call within 10 mins to book. Nick called me 30 mins before due time and arrived exactly on time.
Really nice guy who stepped me through everything. Did a complete check of my ducted unit, found a loose wire which he fixed and have now had a nice cold house for over a week with no problems.
Total cost was just
