Andrew came and gave a quote arriving right on schedule. The quote was very competitive. Andrew and Mitch turned up to the job right on time. Then prodeeded to do the installation quickly, professionally and neatlly. They even tidied up after.

Another Queensland day at the start of summer. It is hot and my air conditioner decided not to work. Most air-con companies are too busy
to even call back. Well, not quite. Andrew from Urban Air Solutions did call back and made an appointment two days ahead. Late the same afternoon, he called and said he could quickly come and see what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed the fault, kept me informed and went out of his way to install the replacement parts 6.30 am. on a Saturday. I still wait to hear back from some of the other guys.
