Life is constantly changing and us with it. We organically transition through various phases of life and navigate those transitions as best we can. I'm a gestalt-trained psychotherapist and personal coach based in the Byron Bay area and provide online therapy to people across Australia, New Zealand and the globe.

These therapy sessions focus on all sorts of life issues, big and small. The way I work is strongly informed by a nature-based philosophy, which has been shaped from a lifelong love of the natural world around me. So it's quite natural that our work focuses deeply on the embodiment of experience. Supporting you to find your way of being in the world and to live that in an embodied way is something I'm passionate about.

I've navigated through it, and I care deeply about supporting people to get a sense of relief from it.which is possible. The anxiety counselling we do together is holsitic and embodied and addresses all parts of you.
Online counselling can be a great option depending on your needs. It means you don't have to commute to a session. You can do it from the comfort of your own home or any private, contained space where you feel safe and comfortable. In fact where you do the session is entirely up to you. With our online counselling sessions it's important that you create a safe, comfortable and contained space where you can do the session.

Walking helps us connect with our body in an active way, and being outside helps us connect with the wider web of life. And there's all sorts of research showing that being in nature and being in sunlight is really good for you. It reduces stress, relieves depression, and calms the nervous system. Walk and talk therapy is particularly helpful if you're experiencing burnout or you spend a lot of your day sitting.
