I was looking to purchase my first property, and was recommended to Burridge & Legg by both my mortgage broker, and another of their clients.
Through my journey, I felt like Lisa, Georgia, & David were there on my team, helping me discern the right property through their expertise, and thorough analysis of property documents.
The team helped me make a good decision on letting go of an intention to bid on a property I liked, due to suspicious contracts from the vendor parties. This is something I would not have known without the rigorous review and analysis by the B&L team.

One of the rudest receptionists I've ever encountered. No proper documents issued and no advice either. I only found out my EPOA was invalid when I went to use it at a critical time on my family members behalf. Give them a big miss.

Very disappointed in the high level of incompetency shown in service delivery. A simple enduring power of attorney document turned into a huge ordeal wasting many hours of time, travel and brought on unnecessary stress as rudimentary and straightforward legal process was not followed by the firm, rendering the document invalid. Whilst the firm attempted to rectify the situation at their expense but only to a limited extent, those efforts have brought more questions than answers and I have no confidence in Burridge & Legg to assist with future matters.
