John and Andrew have been working closely together for over a decade. They are both NSW Law Society recognised Accredited Specialists in Criminal Law. Between them they have close to 45 years' experience in law enforcement, prosecution and criminal defence work. The only work we accept is criminal law, traffic law, or work that is closely connected to those areas.
Before joining J Sutton Associates, Andrew was the principal of his own firm and prior to that was a director of a national law firm. Unlike most lawyers who throw the word "specialist" around, Andrew is part of the select group of solicitors in New South Wales recognized by the Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law.

Most people sentenced for a criminal offence want to explain to the court how sorry they are. A well-crafted apology letter can make an enormous difference to the sentence you receive.
