All Pets Darwin offers a complete service list for looking after your pets. With a focus on prevention, our services aim to keep your animals healthy, and to provide the best treatement in the event that they need medical care. Although we provide a range of services specific to all animal types, we also offer the following general services.
Due to the transient nature of living and working in the Top End we are often recruiting. We welcome applications of veterinarians interested in a varied case load wanting to work in a dynamic clinic. We would also like to hear from experienced and qualified veterinary nurses who like working in a close knit team.
We love our dogs in Darwin; they're an important member of many families. But our tropical climate means dogs are susceptible to more diseases and parasites than in other parts of Australia. There is a disease dogs can get in Darwin that isn't vaccinated for in most other places in Australia: leptospirosis australis.
Cats rule the roost in many Darwin homes. But our warm climate puts the beloved moggy at risk, with some parasites and serious diseases common for cats in Darwin. Is a blood-borne viral infection that is potentially fatal for cats. It affects the immune system and eventually leads to severe chronic infections as the immune system is overcome.

The team at All Pets have been very supportive and given our dog great care. She has had medical and behavioral issues, both of which have been handled with great professionalism and treatment.
In terms of value and expenses, they kept me updated about the cost each step of the way and I could choose what care she got according to my budget, so I think they were very reasonable. The reception team made it very easy to claim my insurance also.
I would definitely recommend this practice if you need help with an anxious dog like mine!

Our little poodle has had issues with his ears his entire life, and after going to a range of different vets who said that he was just badly bred, would have chronic ear infections for the rest of his life and… try to keep us on expensive medication that didn't help at all, we came to All Pets and saw dr Sue. Been a loyal client with them with all my 5 animals for about 10 years and although they are good, they are literally overpriced and always give absolutely ridiculous prices. To mention one incident: I was inquiring about my dogs teeth to be re- cleaned, after I payed 1k (with them) for her first clean and the vet told me “ah yes this won’t be that expensive, about $850”. I was shocked, because it’s a lot. Then I asked another vet and they literally gave me the price of around $400?? That’s half the price??

This has been the best vet service we have experienced. We had a traumatic experience, when our dog ran away due to thunderstorms. She was found and taken to All Pets Vet Hospital. She had been badly hurt and had bite marks on her legs, was severely dehydrated etc. The staff and vets all showed great care. The vets kept us informed at all times, took care of our dog beautifully for 3 days and were open and upfront about costs relating to treatment. We are so grateful for the care and professionalism of this veterinary hospital. She is now recovering beautifully - thanks to them.

Came for an Emergency for my dog after hours. Not my normal Darwin Vet. Was so grateful for the help and expertise of Dr Daley. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced professional. Cost and value are not the same thing but I feel the care and experience I got here was good value. This is now my regular vet and I am definitely recommending to my friends.

I have been going to All Pets Vet for several years with my dogs Zorro, Diesel, Bella (passed away) and Luna. Very happy with the service. Diesel was poisoned a few years ago and he was still a puppy... he almost passed away and they let us go in the back to say our goodbyes. It was difficult, and yet somehow, Diesel began to recover against all odds. They kept calling us up to see how he was, if he was ok after he was released. All Pets Vet are always above and beyond, and they treat every animal like their own. Great staff too. Thank you again :)

I have seen a few of the vets here now and all have been wonderful and very knowledgable. I had to take my little cockatiel Coco in a few months ago, and the care and time the the vets took with us was second to none. They may not see birds as often as the see cats and dogs, but i felt very confident handing my little feathered friend over to them in my time of need ☺️ 🐥

They are heartless people who when I said I could not afford to pay $40 today to pick up my sons beloved pet dog she immediately said that they would just send him to the pound. Understandably I became very upset and emotional and it wasn’t until I said I would make it public on how heartless and rude the lady was that she said she was “going to… offer me to pay it off”. Talk about try and back peddle. I explained my current situation while in tears and she coldly told me that wasn’t her problem. I would never treat anyone the way I was treated in there!

I think this Vet Hospital is the best. My animals always come home happy. All veterinary work is expensive... doesn’t matter where you go... that’s why pet insurance is such a great thing to invest in, but you get what you pay for! I will never have a bad word to say about them. My children love coming along and the vets and nurses are always friendly. They keep the children busy by giving colouring ins and it’s such a great family environment. Love you guys. Keep up the good work!

Took my pup there, as he had been there previously as an RSPCA pup. He had been prescribed tablets, and we went there to get more and work out a long term plan. The vet we saw was unsure of the dog's history and advised my partner that they would call for further information in relation to getting further prescriptions. They never did, so I called two days later to seek further advice. They informed me on the phone that they would get back to me later in the day once the vet had read over my pup's history.
