Someone recommended Susanna to us when purchasing our first block to build and we are really greatful. Susanna was so helpful, informative and prompt throughout the entire process. She was always happy to answer my million questions and even after having to request multiple extensions for us etc. her fee remained the same (which was super reasonable). Another comforting thing about using Steindl Bradley & Associates was that if our finance or anything fell through it was only a really small fee that we would pay rather than the hundreds that other places charge.

Rebecca - the owner - rude, unorganised and unprofessional. Clients with legal aid are not a priority or treated fairly. This company has failed to comply within their legal obligations as providers of services to the community. They have ignored legislation on fair treatment and equal opportunity. We were discriminated against and ignored.
They do not care about the benefit and long term goals of their clients and they are not compassionate or empathetic - this is worrying as they are a legal aid appointed firm.

One of the most difficult tasks I have ever set for myself, was trying to gain custody of my daughter. I can honestly say, I was failing miserably in the beginning and it wasn’t from lack of trying . The stress of it all began effecting every part of my life . Then one day , like a godsend Rebecca and her team saw my predicament , stepped in , and instantly things began to change for the better .
