Jem's philosophy towards massage therapy is to have the least amount of therapeutic intervention, serving more as a conduit to enable the body to heal itself. In Jem's pursuit of muscularskeletal pain he fuses the dynamic disciplines of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, advanced stretching, acupressure, and energy and breathing techniques, to relieve complaints of pain and dysfunction.

Fantastic clinic! Jem is one of the best massage therapists I've seen and is amazing at what he does. I've been to physios, chiros and others before but have never had treatments as effective or lasting as Jem's. He always takes his time diagnosing the problem and motivated me to get into yoga which I've been doing for years now. Keep up the great work Jem!
