Well what can i say. This company did exactly what they said they would! On-time, professional, friendly and most of all good value for money. Paul and the team at Airconditioning HQ were very pleasent to deal with, i took my floorplan in, discussed all the AC options they had to offer and i ended up going with the ducted Daikin RC AC system. The team showed up on time at 7.15am and the full system was installed on the same day. The team were clean and tidy and explained the whole system to me, i find the touch pad / app option we went with is brilliant! Control the whole AC system from your phone

Be very careful!!
I was quoted a price for a Daiken unit including the airtouch 2+. However, upon installation I was only given the standard controller even though I specifically asked for the airtouch in my aircon package and it clearly showed on my quote. When I questioned why I didn't get the airtouch 2+ installed, Doug was very arrogant, implying that I not only didn't ask for the airtouch but that I don't know how to read a quote as it is an 'option'.
The quote VERY CLEARLY states that Qty1 Airtouch 2+ is included in the quote.
Incredibly poor salesmanship on Doug's behalf and I am very

I had two old ac units changed out. The gents are professional and lovely, from initial phone contact to end install. The installers were careful of new wood floors and newly painted walls. The itemised quote included decommissioning and removing the old units. Can’t recommend them enough! Their prices reasonable.
