Simply cannot fault the team nor quality of our ducted air-conditioning unit. The installers were professional and helpful and the unit is working a treat! Still early days but if the start of this journey is anything to go by, I'm thinking (hoping) the ride will be seamless :) Thank you to everyone for a reasonably priced and great working aircon. First big reno in our new home was to get a ducted system and it was very quick and easy. Peter (who came over for the initial quote) was clear and concise and didn't make us feel like just another customer; we actually had a conversation .

Air Force are great. Have used them multiple times for new systems and maintenance and they always deliver on time and on budget. The last job was really tough - they found a solution and installed it just as they said they would. They are a great team. Airforce installed our AC when we built our home in 2013. Since then we have used them every year to service our system. Never had any issues with them. Their service price has been the same from the beginning. Best of all their technicians that come out are ALWAYS so friendly, very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Airforce came out to clean and service our air conditioners and they did a great job! The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They didn't helped moved furniture out the way and put it back, and they didn't leave any mess. The price was fair for the work they did.
I've taken off one star because after our appointment was cancelled due to covid they never sent a follow up email to rebook our appointment like they said they would, and we had to get in contact ourselves after weeks of waiting for them.
