Room was more than adequate. Went to Toowoomba for a family wedding. Looks like the rooms are being renovated. We were on level 7 with a 2 bedroom apartment but not renovated yet, definitely a little tired. Going to check out the pool one day noticed level 3 was being renovated, they looked nice. Great location. A little thing, the ironing board could have a bit more padding.

I stayed here 3 times due to work bookings. First room had blood on the curtain and a strange smell. The following rooms were somewhat improved. Don't expect a useful kitchen, very old hot plate and I was concerned if the bar fridge actually worked to keep my leftovers safe for the next day (it did but very slow to get cold). Bathrooms dated. Curtains are NOT blackout so bring an eye mask if this matters to you. Easy carpark. Best thing is location to restaurants and shopping centre! But the Oaks next door would have that too so I would compare options..

Room was really very nice except the lighting in the bathroom was pretty ordinary. We ladies do like to be able to put on our makeup in a good light....
Otherwise plenty of room and well equiped.
We chose Toowoomba Central Plaza because it is close to the Empire Theatre, and we will probably be using it more for that reason because there's not too much else we can do at the moment

Our stay at the Central Plaza apartments coincided with very warm weather so we were disappointed to be allocated an apartment with a non functioning AC and flat batteries in the ceiling fan remote control.
After my husband visited reception twice to report the matter a staff member eventually inspected the AC and told us that they couldn’t have it seen until the Monday which was 36 hrs after our stay.
It appeared that there was little interest in making our stay more comfortable.

Small rooms, dirty appearances. Checked in and there was dirty spiked toilet paper in the toilet and a broken toilet holder thrown on the bathroom floor. Went to reception to see if it was possible to change rooms and the receptionist didn’t apologise but gave us another room which was a downgrade to what we actually paid for. No apologies whatsoever and than once we got to the new room, there was as dust over the lamps, tables and TV. Not impressed for the price we paid at all.
