I'm a new client to the salon and look forward to returning for my next cut & colour. I have thick, wavy hair that is cut pixie style, and frankly, a lot of hairdressers don't seem to do well with this combination. I was also looking to lighten my hair when it has a strong red undertone. Con provided a very thorough consultation at the beginning, the process of the cut and colour was pleasant, and not rushed, and the end result is as good as I dared hope. I will never go to a "commercial" salon again where clients are pushed in and out as quickly as possible. Con & Grant clearly care that each

I have been a client at this salon for 15 years because they provide immaculate service. What I really appreciate about this salon is their honesty and professionalism. Con and Grant will guide you to a hair cut and colour that suits you and your features. They won’t let you look bad, and I really appreciate them taking the time to talk with you about what you would like. I keep going back because of their honesty and integrity as professionals. This kind of service is hard to find!

Poor consultation skills on part of the hairdresser. I came in to share a very personal concern regarding my hair situation but instead was kicked out and told to "think about it". For your price point (which was not the issue by the way) I expect more care for your customers. I don't doubt his service once you make it to the actual haircut.

This is one of the best places I have ever been! Con and Grant are professional in their approach yet they make sure it is personalized experience which makes you leave one happy and satisfied customer. They always offer their professional opinion when I am not 100% sure about something and I have never left disappointed.
