Your initial consultation visit to one of our clinics will be a welcoming, pleasant experience in a supportive and comfortable environment. When you first arrive to the clinic, you will be greeted by one of our friendly chiropractic assistants (CA's) and welcomed to the practice. Your initial consultation and examination is where we investigate, examine and discover how your spine and nervous system are functioning.

There are many different types of disc injuries and a herniated disc is possibly the most serious! Often the pain associated with a disc herniation or a 'disc hernia' is excruciating. Hayden is a very knowledgeable chiropractic. Very good at his craft. You don't have to wait to long as he is very good at structuring his appointment times, however will spend extra time if a customer needs extra adjustment. Takes time to explain what he is doing and friendly to speak to.
We have dealt with either Oivia or Naomi when making appointments and they are very professional, friendly and helpful staff.
Little children friendly as has small amount of toys etc.
Have been attending Spinecare for years and will continue to enjoy their service

Spinecare Chiropractic has literally changed my life.
I have had chronic back pain for the last 2+ years and nothing I did helped to reduce the pain. It was interfering with my day to day. By the time I would come home from work I would struggle to do anything; so cooking, cleaning, even light exercise was off the table.

I see Dr Hayden and have been seeing him on and off for a few years now. I stopped for a while due to some life changes. I recently returned and I’m feeling great again. Physio was never able to help me with my issue, sports med didn’t help, anti inflammatory drugs didn’t help, Dr Hayden did help and I’m very thankful for that.
