I selected the BIANCA VASE as I needed a low profile table arrangement! The attached image of what was received! 1st image is what was ordered - 2nd image is what was received.
It was unsuitable as a table arrangement. I understand some substitutions are necessary but what was delivered in no way reflects what was ordered! The store owner basically told me I was just being difficult when I emailed to complain. I have rarely encountered such a complete disregard for the customer.

The male owner made us feel very uncomforatble pushing us to spend more, suggesting very ugly combinations of flowers and was very impatient about it. The lady owner took over, she did a great job arranging the flowers we picked and wrapped it perfectly, she was very patient and kind. Very contrasting experiences.

My boyfriend discovered this lovely florist shop on Valentines Day! And since then we both have became their loyal customers! One of the best florist shops in Melbourne, amazing range of flowers (super fresh, pretty, great price & long lasting), staffs and owners are very knowledgeable and passionate about flowers. Also love how Liz & her partner always welcome us with lovely smiles! The shop itself is stunning, absolutely adore the high ceiling and the grey vibes!

Used to be my go to florist. Until this most recent experience. My partner ordered the "PRETTY PINK POSY" flowers for Valentines Day. The flowers received were pink and also yellow (pictures attached of both). I went to the florist to show her the images, she said that I was incorrect, that they do come from the pink bunch of roses however, the buds are yellow and sent me on my way without another word (I asked if I could show her the photos at the counter, as opposed to the middle of the store, where I approached her, she stated that she didn't see it necessary). Left the store after being told

Very poor service. Purchased a flower bouquet for a crazy $110 and the flower was handed to me without a wrap to cover the bottom stem. When asked, they told me that they had ran out of wrapping papers.
Do you expect me to hand someone a flower bouquet that are half naked?
And when i asked for a refund, i were told that it is strictly store credit only. Really? I just purchased them literally 5 minutes ago or so. Spent the rest of the day coming by other florists to help me in wraps.
