Hamptons Inn is a fully restored single level cottage, built in 1913 and listed on the State Heritage Register. The faade, with original tuck pointed brickwork, and the large wrap around front veranda, are typical of an old Fremantle home. The polished jarrah floorboards throughout, and spacious rooms, are all features of the period.
The Norfolk Suite is a charming room complete with the original tiled fireplace, polished boards and old style charm and ambience. The room has a new queen sized bed complete with luxury linen to ensure a restful night's sleep. Soft fluffy towels, toiletries and hairdryer are also provided. The en-suite has an easily accessible shower, toilet and vanity.

Unfortunately, our $280 stay was not honoured at Hamptons Inn. There was an oversight on our behalf about dates (we thought we booked Saturday to Monday on a long weekend but the system defaulted to first available dates). When we arrived a week prior to our stay, Neil gloated in our faces about our mistake. However, he originally acted as though we could switch the dates for a different option, given that a Monday would not be suitable on a regular working week. He put all of the onus on us to change the booking, despite the booking system company advising that he needed to make appropriate changes

Beautiful b&b....I wish I found this place when I first arrived in Freo...gorgeous room (Mouat room) with VERY comfortable bed and a fantastic spa bath....the continental breakfast (included in the price) was plentiful..great value for money.....I would definitely stay there again.....loved it....thanks, Neil....

I enjoyed my stay so much my Husband was in Hospital so I was with him all day, coming home to Hampton Inn, was so comforting. Comfortable bed, huge room and ALL the facilities that are so important such as a Kettle and all the fixings and even a Bar Fridge. The bathroom is gorgeous. The rates are cheaper than other places but value for money is excellent. Thank you Neil for a wonderful stay, one day I will be back, hopefully with my Husband.

I booked this as a suprise for my partners birthday celebration, dinner and a sunset boat cruise all sorted - then work/COVID changed our rosters and we couldnāt make the booking and even tho the policy didnāt allow for changes or cancelations - I contacted Neil owner via AGODA whom Iād booked through and he replied directly to me and said he understood and was happy to give me until March 2021 to rebook and to contact him when ready.
So our rosters settled and I wanted to book in and use my accomodation as Neil had promised I could. I sent numerous emails to Neil to try and book a date

Fully automated, no staff on premises. which is hard when you run in to a problem with the system. Was up all night trying to get in. Owner was not apologetic. He provided no service, still took full payment.
