The bedrooms are situated on the second level, which is accessible via a spiral staircase.
The Cottesloe Beach Chalets - 2 bedroom Ground floor Chalet features include a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room opening out onto a large enclosed courtyard, a bathroom with a washing machine & dryer. It has two separate bedrooms, one off to either side of the lounge area and has no internal or external stairs.

I walked past this hotel I did not visit so am unable to rate
My response to the Owners response on my comment:
I responded more to alert Google maps that just because people walk past an establishment doesn't mean they visited the venue. I get these quite a lot on my travels and Google needs to do some tweeking. Also this could get some people into a lot of trouble, just as well don't have a jealous boyfriend that thought I was there

Will give you 5stars for location and appearance as looks like a nice place maybe one day will visit

We paid extra to get a beachfront apartment, one of the highest priced rooms advertised in Cottesloe. Unfortunately we paid a 4-star price and got a 1-star room. Part of a 1980s complex around a pool but with most units having long-term tenants leaving junk around. One neighbour was clearly a champion burper, letting loose every now and then. The first impression after opening the door was from the musty smell. The rooms have not been renovated in their lifetime - a give-away is the lack of pictures available online. Even the kitchen draws contain 1980s utensils. The cupboards throughout the apartment

My partner & myself stayed her recently and we were very pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the standard chalet with a beautiful sidelong view of the ocean. The chalet it’s self had everything you needed and the queen bed was extremely comfortable, very clean accommodation and only about a minutes walk to Cottesloe beach and it’s restaurants. The reception staff were Fantastic and nothing was to much trouble for them. I will definitely be staying again and will recommend to my friends to.
