The awards we have received and the extra certificates our veterinarians hold, are a testament to the high quality services we offer. But this is not what we are most proud of. At The Vet Lounge, we are most proud of the amount of animals we have saved and the amount we have helped to feel happy and healthy again.
The Vet Lounge have great team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses who provide vet care to the Coomera community. For over 10 years The Vet Lounge have been looking after pets in the Coomera area keeping them healthy with their annual check-up and being there for them at times of unexpected illnesses or trauma.
The Veterinary team at Ormeau consists of Dr Brei who has been working in the Ormeau community for over 10 years. Brei has been working with the Ormeau community as a vet for over 10 years! Outside of work she enjoys anything outdoors! She's very active and you'll often find her hiking with her family through a National Park.
The Vet Lounge Coomera is now one of only a few vet open on Sunday. There is a surcharge after 1pm Saturday and all day Sunday to cover additional wage costs. The Veterinary Industry must pay penalty rates to staff during these times as set out by Fairwork. There is however no surcharge if you visit before 1pm Saturday.
What is osteoarthritis? Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative disease where the cushioning (cartilage) and lubrication of the joints break down. Long-term damage and chronic pain can occur when it is not managed well, which can greatly affect the quality of your pet's. Thankyou so much to The vet lounge upper coomera, as New parents to a 1 year old Hanns Macaw and first time bird owners, Dr Madeline Ricca and vet nurse Katie Phillips were Apsolutley wonderful at helping us out with our Girl lexy! Very informative, knowledgeable and caring! So Glad we now have a fantastic vet clinic to take her to in the future!

I had several emergency visits with both my dogs just before Christmas and before New Year. My usual vet was closed for annual holidays. Was so grateful to be seen, reassured and have both my dogs treated and fully recover. The vets are thorough, communicated with empathy and explained costs prior to treating. Reception staff were great when taking my calls and also reassuring as well as effectively triaging my dogs. Very happy outcomes and will return for routine visits. Thanks

Critical: Quality, Value
Unfortunately both my cat and dog have not faired well here. Both have presented with health issues that still exist after I spent over $8,000. Been told ooops, then we need to check something else. I have never been charged for a 50c size shave to look at a pimple. Was charged $58 for this. Goodbye. Hope you enjoy your new car.

I have loved both experiences I have had at this vet. First with my senior kitty and again with our new little kitten, all staff are so so friendly and you can tell they really care about each and every animal that comes in. Always offering great advice and was very impressed with how they handled things with my senior kitty who is usually very nervous by nature. Her usual encounters with unknown people have resorted to hissing and unfriendliness but literally had no squirms at all when she came to this vet. They helped make her feel safe and I could tell she felt calm as anything whilst being

Brought my Old Boy Casper in a couple of weeks ago, was told he needed injections as his joints were very sore. I could see a big difference a few days later. We are on weekly injections at the moment. Girls are very friendly. My Boy is running around as if he's a pup lol.. Thankyou for your kind and efficient service. We will see you next week

Dr Rob and Melanie always take fantastic care of Sammy and Sasha. Nothing is ever a problem, they have made themselves available at a moments notice, showing concern for my fur babies well-being.
Follow up care is 5 star. Phone calls to make sure they are ok and responding to treatment.
I really love all the staff and the fact that they care for my puppies as much as we do. Recommend 10/10

Amazing facility, good reviews and photos on website were exactly how we saw when we visited. On leaving our precious cat (who was used to constant noise and TV on in our busy household) I noted her TV was not plugged in. This was important to us due to her background of previous owner mistreating her. This was explained when we dropped her off as being very important to maintain consistency of environment and minimise stress given her background. It was advised to me the TV will be fixed and resolved. I reiterated at the time how important this was. When we collected her the TV was still unplugged
