Even though prices are high, I want to support local business, so I've patronized Cozy for some pool service as well as parts. So when I tried to return a faulty (never worked right) Polaris backup valve I was surprised that they wouldn't exchange it. So much for the advantage of paying full price for the name brand and local-business customer loyalty. I just ordered a high-rated off brand backup valve online for less than one third the price I paid at Cozy.

I went to have my pool water tested as I have done for the past 8 years. Which is, by the way, the only thing I would trust Cozy pools to do. Because of Covid, Cozy pools keeps their door locked and does not let any customers into the store. I have no problem with that. After I hand a rude teenage girl my water sample, she goes inside and a man walks up without a mask on. I did not have a mask on either. The girl came out and talked to this gentleman who informed her that he was delivering a diving board and base for it. She had no problem talking to him with no mask on. When the girl comes back

I have used this company for 3 years now and when they opened my pool this year it was not a good experience. They did not level the pool water to appropriate levels, did not put the products in the pool and they told me I needed a new motor took pictures to take into office. I have called there 4 times in the past week to try to speak with someone in reference to the pool opening, the expectations and to discuss the motor. I spoke with a girl took my number said would have someone call me. No call. I have left 3 messages with my number, message says they will call back within 24 hours. I have

Wonderful and trustworthy people. We met with 7 pool companies before deciding to go with Cozy. We did not get that warm honest feeling from many. Cozy was upfront with all of the cost and honest about the time it would take. Keith the owner and person we met with was here for ever step of the building or installation process. They do not cut corners and taught us a ton about in ground pools. I am confident our pool will last for a very long time. If we should have problems, I have their cell phone numbers (and they always answer them!!!!)
