I was treated like a second rate customer because I had a Groupon voucher.
The fine print on my voucher said ‘not available Fri - Sun’ but when I asked to book on a Tuesday, I was told that 6.30pm wasn’t permitted because it was a ‘popular time, reserved for full paying customers’. From the business’ online booking system, I could see that the appointment was available, they just didn’t want me to have it in case someone without a Groupon wanted it.
I’d accept this if the T&Cs had been clearly communicated and the clerk at reception hadn’t initially lied and said they were booked

I avoided going to the dentist for the longest time - always afraid and I hated not understanding the how / why of any procedure. That was until a friend suggested trying Dr Zylberman. He was so gentle and took the time to explain the procedure in laymens terms. My comfort was of extreme importance to him - and I never felt that he was rushed or trying to cash in....a stark contrast to many dentists. Highly recommended!
