Dr Alexander Goichman has been practicing clinical dentistry since 2001; he is an experienced clinician with attention to details and passion towards dental restoration and rehabilitation involving implants, crowns and complex facial and smile makeovers.
We offer a full comprehensive exam and always inform you of the cost prior to beginning a treatment. It is our goal to provide you with the care you need and desire, without letting the expense prevent it. At Malvern Family Dental, we feel that limiting the options available to you to restore your health (dental and otherwise) based on dental or Health insurance coverage is the wrong thing to do.
The vast majority of dental pain and infections can be prevented. In addition to regular brushing and flossing, the best way to prevent dental emergencies is through regular check-ups. Depending on your risk for the dental disease this may be every 3, 6 or 12 months. During these visits, your mouth, gums and each one of your teeth will be carefully examined to ensure that they stay nice and healthy.
The aim of root canal treatment is to save a tooth that is infected or at a high risk of becoming infected. Most often the symptoms associated with an infected tooth are the pain, swelling of the gums or the face, pressure around the tooth or even extreme sensitivity to cold and hot. In many cases, it is the only treatment option if you want to eliminate your symptoms then try and keep a badly damaged tooth.

Wonderful! Wish I had listened to these recommendations rather than asking friends....ended up somewhere more expensive with bad quality work so found myself back here where I should have started. Dr Budhwar fixed the last dentist's work and has got me started on the implant process...lovely premises, great location, very reasonably priced and excellent service.

After not being to the dentist for years I was a bit nervous. However the staff at Malvern Family Dental made me feel extremely comfortable. In particular the very informative and friendly dentist Frank Noronha and his very lovely dental nurse Jenny. I had a fantastic experience and could not recommend this practice high enough. You guys are amazing!
