Justin's experience spans across 20 years in accounting, financial analysis and general business practice. Although born and bred on the land, Justi. Although born and bred on the land, Justin's interest was more in spreadsheets, ledgers, and finance which led him to attend university. In 1992, Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance.
We do everything a traditional accounting firm should do, and a lot more they don't. As Business Accountants we focus on adding value to your business, business growth and profits, not just balancing figures. Adding value to you and your business is at the heart of everything we do. In fact this financial year we have set ourselves the goal of adding $1,000,000 in value to our clients bottom line.

When you think of the word 'accountant', entrepreneurial is rarely a description that comes to mind, but that's exactly what Justin Flavel is. Not only has he built a highly successful accounting firm, but because of his exposure to a cross section of successful clients, Justin is able to pick the eyes out of what really works and transmit that knowledge to his clients to the betterment of their own business.
