Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
They have a total lack of communication with our company and seem to never be available via phone and rarely respond to our emails in a timely manner, if at all. They do not return our messages left with reception. We are very disappointed. I have been trying to chat with the owner for nearly 6 months with no response.
