Solar panels need to be cleaned regularly to maintain their highest efficiency. Solar panels in areas in new estates, are subjected to ash fall, bird droppings, salt spray or dust and road grime, needed to be cleaned at least every 3-6 months. Our advanced solar panel cleaning system used Ionised water which disinfects, kills bacteria and leaves a protective coat on the service of the panel.

Terrible after installation service. Everything was smooth till the system was installed and I paid, but after that I have been unable to get any help connecting to my new Huawei inverter. It has been almost three months and I am unable to even see if the system is working. No reply to my repeated email queries.

I can not fault the quality service given by Solar WA. After shopping around and contacting Solar WA, I found them highly competitive and understood my requirements. From start to finish, the customer sales support from Rhett was fantastic, both Rhett and the installation team very informative, professional and friendly. I can honestly say Solar WA provided us with excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.

I honestly cannot say anything bad about this company Solar WA as they literally came to our rescue when we couldn't get the finance with Solarhart due to the appalling customer service and belittling with Zip money.
We didn't think we was ever going to have a hot shower again.
Rhett listened to our upsetting experience with Zip money, and asked if we was happy for him to look into some other ways of doing a financial plan to gain a solar hotwater system, he came back to me within 1 day with a company called Bright, who took us on and was able to have the approval within 10mins.

AVOID - save yourself being ripped off and having your property damaged.
This crew quoted me $500 to remove solar panels from my roof, the price being high because it would be two sparkies doing the work. While the two guys were doing the work they let it slip that they weren’t sparkies so I asked the salesman, he said that the price would have to remain the same however he’d give me a “good deal” for their reinstall.
They also used an angle grinder to remove the fittings which of course led to my blow in paper insulation smouldering in the roof after they left.

Funny call from accounts after accidentally depositing $1 instead of $100.
Install team was headed by a lady, which surprised me but was an amazing job and very thorough.
They even replaced a few tiles on the opposite side of the roof they noticed when up there.
Absolutely worth choosing and looking forward to my savings.
