The team at Koala provided a very competitive quote along with some honest and transparent suggestions about pairings of inverter and panels and recommended consumption monitor. Our roof layout is terribly cramped, but they made it work to provide an East/West split that is giving us very good coverage throughout the day. 10/10 can recommend.

Stu and team recently installed the solar panels at our new build. We had decided to go with Koala Solar when the build commenced after reading the reviews. They were so easy to deal with especially as we mucked them around a couple of times with changing the install date due to the builder not being ready for handover. Thoroughly recommend, after having experienced many trades during the build that simply don't care, it was refreshing to see a company that takes pride in their product. We are extremely happy with the installation and service received from Koala Solar.

We were referred to Koala Solar from someone who had been involved in a project with this company. We engaged with Koala Solar via their web site and received very prompt contact. They were very quick in contacting us back. They had a good range of product choice and with their help we were able to make the choice that best suited our needs.
The installation was performed to a very high standard and efficiently by friendly and helpful installers.

I have done some researches to select the suitable vendor to install the solar panels and hot water system at my house. I decided to choose Koala because it provided high quality solar panels and heat pump for hot water system. The price is reasonable and cheaper when you combined solar panels with hot water system. The services and installation are on time, fast, smooth, easy to deal with from beginning to end. I am happy to recommend Koala to my families and friends. Would consider in future if I want to upgrade to Solar batteries.

Honestly don't even bother to look anywhere else. The solar market is a nightmare and I spent a couple of months looking online and getting quotes before deciding on Koala. Great service, competitive pricing, good advice and very professional. Only just installed so can't comment on after sale service.
