I love how this pelican thinks discrediting someone’s hairdressing credentials somehow removes their ability to recognise and be disappointed by a disgracefully run business when they see one.
The sheer fact he feels the need to respond to each of the numerous poor reviews with such petty, personal attacks speaks volumes for his character and paints the picture of an unintelligent and arrogant man… which is exactly what you encounter should you contact him about any issue.
Perhaps instead of wasting your time telling me how bad a hairdresser I am, Lois (trust me I won’t be the slightest

Considering my previous review has mysteriously disappeared from public view, I will provide further evidence to support my claim that this store scammed me and then denied the claims and falsified the narrative when I confronted them about it.
The company called me on Monday morning to notify me that my payment of $63 did not go through.
I apologised, thinking I must not have had the right amount in my bank account. I used my husbands card instead and I read the card details to her over the phone.
That, too, did not go through. She then informed me it was actually $90, as there was a $30 shipping

Honestly reading the reviews here and I'm not surprised. I'm a hairdresser and was in there recently. I had to help a woman who was trying to buy colour for her hair and not one bit of help was given to her. Her English wasn't the best so she was struggling. Please help out more or get staff in that know about beauty and hair products.

And it was Effie that served me
And I look back at the rest of the customer service
I also rang Louise the owner of the company which she tried to hide
Had a raise when it happened didn’t really care much
I’ve been in this industry for 30 years
This would have to be the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a supply shop

The worst possible customer service my wife and I have come across - we have a hair salon and I’m sure many of these bad comments are from true customers. I think you need to step up or ship out so many customers have left your supplier the worst comments just shows how poor of service you have I wouldn’t shop there again! Absolutely worst service ever.. The shop is dark and no stock on shelves and best of all NO SERVICE And ALL IN FOUL moods. Wake up!!!!! Stop Defending yourself the comments are real.

Hard to know where to start. Maybe the actual store? Dark, untidy and not very clean. Then the staff....in particular Effie are beyond rude and unhelpful. Talk between themselves never want to help you fine anything. Breathtakingly rude on the phone. Plus they are always out of stock. The only reason they are still open is the fact they have no competition in the local area. Whenever I can I visit another supplier in the Dymocks building in the CBD. After poor service on so many occasions I am loath to return. I always leave feeling despondent.

I probably should have read the reviews before I headed over. While I disagree about the staff being rude, I would say the two women that were there today are less than helpful. Let me start from the beginning: 1) my gps did take me directly there but if I hadn’t phoned after driving by twice, and then ‘finally’ saw someone walking out with their package, I’d still be looking for this place. I think they need better signage so you can find them. That is, if you ever go back.
