In my opinion, not the best.
I bought a car and booked it in for these guys to inspect it as I wanted to make sure it was in good condition to drive. The car had the engine light on at that moment.
They conducted the inspection and when I asked if they had had a look to the engine light they said they didn't.
Well, in my books, if I ask to get the car inspected, this include obvious issues as an engine light on which would be right on their face when they start the engine.
After I pointed out the plugged the scanner, gave the code and cleared it. Not a bad service, but far from being 5 stars

I wondered in a few weeks ago to gather info, Met Clayton he was great he made me feel welcome , offered me advice and ended up booking in my car to get an exhaust.
They displayed respect and genuine concern when I got a call from Clayton suggesting to go a slightly smaller system it would still give a great sound and would be more comfortable for my children . I was apprehensive at first but I trusted his judgment and when I turned that key , it was PERFECT!! that Subaru rumble was smooth with a hint of attitude ,I was a happy man !!! I would gladly recommend these guys to

I wanted to share my experience with Clayton at Mac's mufflers. BMW had found a crack/hole in the exhaust. I found the experience, friendly, on time and quick. The office was clean and tidy. Whilst they were there they found another couple of cracks forming to which they fixed as well (this is what you would expect from a reputable business). I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending Mac's Mufflers at Pickering Street, Enoggera. Well done.

We left our vehicle with Mac's Mufflers on Friday morning (10.01.2020) for muffler repairs. Peter called mid-afternoon to confirm a new muffler was fitted and the car was ready for pick up.
I had searched for a few repairers in our area and was pleasantly impressed when Peter answered my call and booked in our vehicle. It isn't often you interact with people and instantly feel confident that they want to help you.
My thanks to Peter and his team for an excellent job (2 year warranty included).

I have a really difficult car (Santa Fe 07 diesel). It had a bad batch of water-logged diesel go through it.
Macs Auto are relentless in keeping this car going! Proof - Clayton researched my car on his weekend off to find out problems others have had with Santa Fe diesels.
Their integrity and honesty are faultless.
Their communication.... I've never had any service centre communicate as well as Macs Auto.
Clayton and the team at Macs Auto are brilliant. I can't speak highly enough of them.
I trust them implicitly with my car (and I'm a hard task master).
