A few months prior to this unexpected loss we were in talks with and now are very pleased and excited to announce that we have had a very experienced member join our team, Colin has spent the last two years at a prominent Porsche dealership located in the inner Brisbane City, he is a Volkswagen certified diagnostic technician and prior working at Porsche has built up a vast knowledge having spent over 15 years working in VW, & Audi dealerships in both Brisbane and in the UK.
Our technicians make car repairs, servicing and maintenance an easy task for you. All car related problems, no matter how large or small are treated with equal care and dedication. Our aim is customer satisfaction. We are a member of MTAQ (Motor Trade Association of Queensland) and an approved road worthy certificate testing station.
Some car parts are made of rubber and plastic and require frequent replacement; some are made of metals and wear off much slower. But eventually almost all of them should be replaced. Usually maintenance is done every 10,000 kms and it involves replacing car parts like the oil and oil filter, spark plugs, brake pads and cambelts.

I am a new customer at Newmarket Car Care after my son recommended them. I have a VW Polo and it needed a few repairs, they explained everything carefully, had even taken photos and so I knew exactly what was being done. They needed my car a couple of days and lent me an excellent little loan car. I have my car back and I've never known it run so well! It's like a new car and I can't recommend Newmarket Car Care highly enough.

Mark and the team did a yearly service on my Volkswagen and gave me a call to outline the works required. They gave me the options of what is critical and what can be done in the new year to manage the cost. They were super quick and transparent, very happy with the service! See you next year :)

The team was very friendly and attended to my car very urgently. Smoke was coming out of the hood and there was a squeaky noise. Fixed it in a day, car sounds good, noise gone so is the smoke. Feel safe driving it now. Very glad of their service. Thanks guys.

I am so thankful that I chose to get my car serviced by Newmarket Car Care. They were so professional and friendly! For every question I asked they were more than happy to answer and provide recommendations to help me look after my car correctly. I really enjoyed chatting to all the staff that I met. Great experience here! Thanks Mark and your team! Very professional! Yesterday I heard the neighbors introduce a few Car care, Repair places, come back and check the best on google review (yes,it’s Mark ‘s shop) , ran in the morning. Mark's shop has tested my car for more than an hour and fixed . Finally, said that there is no replacement part, that is, there is a loose part. They didn't charge a dime, so I am very touched. Thank so much to Mark and his team for the great service this week on my car. They were very thorough with the service, and didn't recommend anything that really wasn't necessary. They were affordable and went above and beyond when it came to service, SOOO accommodating! I even had trouble finding a way to get back to the garage to pick up my car… after they'd finished the service and one of the guys actually drove past my place on his way to work one day to give me a lift!
