Would not recommend. At this Vet clinic have forgotten it is about customer service and Animal Kindness. Staff has presented themselves very discourteous. The way they handle my visiting were unprofessional, ineligible, and incompetent. I took my kitties there for a regular dental cleaning, without any dramas, as they are young and in good health. However, the outcome I received from the Vet and nurse were discontent. The way they handle my pets were reckless, unheeding, and imprudent. They showed no love to my pets, no safe keeping, no ministration.

First time visit after moving to Pyrmont and treated as though they had cared for our 11yo dog since she was a puppy. She was there for teeth cleaning, but, at bo extra cost, the vet checked her over and found three small cysts in a mammary gland which weren't there when she had her annual vax in June. Thankfully, they were benign, but the thoroughness and care shown for her that day has sealed where she will receive her veterinary care from now on. Very grateful to have found somewhere we can trust.

Hi my name is Viv. I took my dog for the first time a couple of weeks ago and a lovely vet (blonde girl) checked him out. Everything was fine until I requested the team to check a insurance claim which was incorrectly added in the system. I wanted to talk to her but she wasn't working that Friday. Then I started to receive rude phone calls from a person called Shane who looks like works there, I feel threatened with the voicemails he left and I went to the police as I never talked with the person before. the police also found the calls rude and threating. A person I have never met was threating

I've been taking my dog to Pyrmont vets regularly as he has a few health conditions. All of the staff at Pyrmont Vets (including the receptionists, vet nurses, technicians and vets) have been friendly and professional on every occasion. The vets have really taken the time to explain everything to me and I have a lot of trust for their opinion. I can tell the staff truly care about my dog, and it brings me some comfort when I have been needing to leave him in their care.

We have had both our cats treated and boarded at the Pyrmont Vet. The staff have always gone above and beyond to assist us with our pets. The head vet, Sally, well and truly exceeded our expectations in her care for our previous cat before he died. She was truly marvellous and incredibly caring. All the staff are extremely patient with our rather eccentric current cat, who is terrified of new places and new people.

This place is so great my puppy will drag me in there if we walk past just so she can say hi to the staff.
You can tell they really do care about the animals there which makes them feel more relaxed and comfortable about being checked out which makes me feel better.
They're open till 7 on week days which is a big bonus if you work and it's usually pretty easy to get an appointment the same day you call.
