After two months of lockdown, my locks were down. Thankfully, the incredible Carine transformed my damaged blonde ends and regrowth into a vibrant new look. My hair is soft, beautifully coloured and neatly trimmed. What a treat - will be back!

Honestly this hair salon is the best I have ever been. I have never had such an amazing experience, because normally when I was going to the hairdresser in London or Australia it was for me quite disturbing and scary. I don’t speak English really well and it’s easy to misunderstand what I’m asking. But the other day I went to get a normal trimming and Milad did a perfect job! First thing: he smiled to me, great style, he made me feel so comfortable and he listened and understood perfectly what I was asking. He fixed my fringe that I was so much concerned about. A fabulous salon in a great location. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in I was pampered and treated like a VIP. Amazing service and very experienced staff. Milad my stylist did such a wonderful job at treating my hair and freshening it up with a new style. I would like to narrate an incident that my friend faced at this particular salon. The owner was giving out free services for Christmas, which I must admit was a true act of kindness. However, she heavily discriminated my friend by holding her by her collar and by saying "For example, I don't like this t-shirt of yours, neither that boyfriend of yours". This was her response when my friend asked for a rectification on a hair highlighting service which was a mistake made by the salon (she had asked for brown highlights but received red instead).

Every time I leave Marie France's Walsh Bay salon I feel like a million dollars! They keep my hair style fresh, the service is always fantastic and I always enjoy my time relaxing in their lovely environment. And on top of all of this, their head massages during the conditioning treatment are the best I've ever had! I definitely recommend Marie France Group to anyone looking for a salon in the Sydney area.
