I sent them a request for contact through their website 4 days ago and got a generic email saying they were re-opening 27th May...2020? I provided both my email and phone number and no-one contacted me to arrange an appointment or answer any of my questions.
Edit: The email I received stated:
"Yes we are open from Wednesday 27th May, 2020!
We shall try our best to fit you into the appointment which you have requested, however due to the large amount of bookings expected when we open again, we shall call you to confirm!
Thank you so much for requesting a booking with us!"

I was apprehensive about changing hairdressers, but the staff here were very welcoming and cordial. I had a hair cut and styling done by Amelia, who was very attentive to my requests and instantly made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly personality. She did an excellent job and I am so pleased with my new look. Overall, great service and a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend this salon.

Had a shampoo, cut and blowdry here on a Friday morning at a very reasonable price. The location is perfect...quiet enough so you don't feel rushed.
Rami did my hair for me and she was really lovely. She understood what I want and what suits my hair type as well.
I left feeling relaxed and extremely pleased with my hair.

Booked an appointment with Shamy (forgive me if I misspelt your name). Welcomed me in the most professional manner almost immediately. I had a complex hairstyle request, she was extremely patient and took the time to check and recheck every aspect, in order to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Really happy with how it turnt out and will 100% be returning following today’s amazing experience. Thank you Shamy and apologies for the OCD :) 🤙🏻

I am concerned and slightly suspicious as to why this place only has five star reviews. I booked an appointment based on the reviews and the haircut rates. I have short hair and the hairdresser totally butchered my hair. She rushed it, didn't show any care at all, and was still confident that she did a great job. This place might be suitable for the average middle-aged woman with long hair and foils but would not recommend for short hair.

My first time visiting this place. Got a haircut. Loved how patient the lady cutting my hair was. She took the time to talk about what I wanted done and didn't just rush into it. Even double checked how much length I wanted taken off for the layers throughout the process. Also, I appreciated how at no point did anyone try to push to sell haircare products or additional services on me. Will definitely be going back here, specially since it's so reasonably priced.

I went in and took a while explaining what I was after, the lady was very patient and extremely helpful. I needed my hair done ASAP but even though they where fully booked out I was happy to wait to get it done. I walked out of there more confident even though they havnt touched my hair as yet. Can't wait till next week

I am absolutely pleased with what the lady did with my hair. I came in stressed out because it was in such bad condition and dry at the ends so she gave it a good cut treatment and colour, I only paid $117 for everything and walked out feeling like a new woman :) I can't remember her name but she was the young Asian lady, I think she deserves a bonus for her amazing work ;)
