In the instance that the recipient is not there to receive the flower delivery, our courier will assess if it is safe to leave the flowers at the front, side or back door of the delivery address and if it is not safe a calling card will be left at the property to advise the recipient to call us to arrange another delivery time or address that's more suitable (additional charges may apply).
