Literally can NOT get a bouquet done right...they have a beautiful range but it's as if they don't care what colour your wedding is!! Both my best friend and I got our wedding bouquets done here (a few weeks apart) and had to redo ours the morning of our wedding 😲
Do not get them to copy an image of a bouquet, they don't listen and if you want a pink flower arrangement you'll probably get a purple one lol

Botanics were beyond amazing! Cannot brag about them enough - they made the most gorgeous arbour, my bouquet was sooooo beautiful and the natives they chose to use for everything including the single stems for my hair was better than I ever thought possible! They took my barely there idea and made it into my dream wedding decorations! They were so accommodating with all the COVID changes and were so easy to talk to about everything they made us feel so comfortable with everything going on!

Thank you Shane and your amazing team for the stunning flowers you did for my wedding in March. The bouquet was epic and everyone commented how stunning the table flowers and candles were. Thank you for going above and beyond to create the Chuppah from scratch and decorating it so beautifully. You were a dream to work with, from meeting with you to your email correspondence in the lead up to the day. This is the 3rd time I've had the amazing team at Botanics create a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend and all I can say is they always exceed expectations!
I've also always had great customer service, from checking to ensure they got the correct details to moving deliveries forward.

We had a very bad experience with this store.
We ordered a flower crown THREE weeks before our occasion. But they gave us a faded and totally different crown. I added the photos so you can judge yourself. it’s a textbook example of expectation-vs-reality.
Also, they are rude to customers. After we told them this is not what we ordered, they said this is best we can do at this moment (note that we placed the order THREE weeks before that) and take it or we refund you. Although we got our money back, there was no time to order it from another store.
