Jess is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner. After graduating in 2011, Jess took her practice overseas to Central America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. She established her own clinic in England which she worked in for 3 years, treating a variety of conditions using Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Herbs and Massage.

I had a wonderful first experience with acupuncture with Bonnie. I was really nervous and have had a really rough few months and within an hour, I felt lighter and like a different person. Bonnie had so much knowledge to give and really listened to me when I poured my heart out to her. The massage was incredible as well. A huge bonus!
I am so happy I have found Bonnie and Nuwa and look forward to many more sessions in the future.
Really reasonably priced, a gorgeous little spot across from the beach.. such a wonderful experience!

I have had treatments from both the owner Jess and also Bonnie. Both are insanely knowledgeable and both professional yet still very personable. I found relief from just a single treatment but continue to return for general upkeep and maintenance for body and mind. Their approach to healing the 'whole' body rather than just the isolated issue area is incredible. I highly recommend to anyone, in particular any women who are having ANY women related issues - emotional, hormonal, fertility or general women's well-being... or just go and treat yourself to a hands on treatment! Going to NUWA health and seeing Jess is the highlight of my week! She is so down to earth , warm and genuine. I feel truly nourished and held while I'm there and then I take this energy home with me to my husband Jason. She is very knowledgable with all things eastern medicine and I LOVE the way she incorporates massage, acupuncture, moxa and cupping together! My experience at Nuwa was simply wonderful. The practitioners vast knowledge and passion for the human body was amazing. Her technique and touch were so gentle that I didn't even feel the acupuncture needles going in. Nuwa also specializes in women's health and fertility, I know girls who have tried everything and finally fell pregnant under Nuwa's professional care. I highly recommend this clinic if you're in need of some relaxation or have ongoing health issues that you can't seem to resolve.

New to acupuncture I wasn't sure what to expect from my treatment at Nuwa. However Jess made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed and I left feeling like had zen'd and rested all day long. One of the best massages I've ever, with all the best little details from the smell of the room to comforting touch, to welcoming tea and hydrating scalp massage. And on the beach front! Highly recommended!
