A wonderful resort centrally located on Gympie Terrace, Noosaville. You’ll be greeted by the amazing reception crew - Cathy and Lydia. They’re warm, welcoming, professional and friendly. Thank you girls for always making my holiday special!! The air conditioned villas are immaculately clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday is supplied. There are several pools and BBQ’s for guests use. Sadly the management is rude, aggressive and falsely accused us of damage we didn’t do and cancelled our booking for the following year. All without proof that we had done anything. We went to management when… our child who has a disability, damaged a door and paid for this however, that was sufficient for management to accuse us of any other damage to the property that preexisted our stay. When I asked if she had any proof that we had done the additional damage, such as cuts to the kitchen bench top etc, she replied “can you prove you didn’t?” and continued the tirade

Location, location, location!! The Islander is located away from the hype of Hastings St but still close enough that it is only 5min drive. Located right in the middle of many great restaurants, bars and woollies. The pools were awesome and the staff are great. What we saved by not staying at the beach we spent at the shops nearby.

The Islander Noosa resort is pure magic. It has such a beautiful feel, it is an escape from life, with its beautiful surrounds, gardens, pools. At least 3 times a year I come here with my children and grandchildren, they love every minute, my little granddaughter loves the little streams next to the garden walks and looks for any little fish. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Nice and clean inside the units and the pools. Especially good for families with small children - accommodates for them well. Kind of wish I'd booked for outside the school holidays as it was extremely busy, and probably a good idea to pack your own towels for swimming as there's not much available outside of what you'll need to shower. Would recommend and would stay again!

From the moment we walked into reception we were instantly welcomed. The facilities are absolutely phenomenal, the pools and spas impeccable, our children were thrilled with the pools!! Our villa was lagoon… side, super spacious and had everything that we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Everything was within walking distance or at most a short car ride and there are some lovely eateries close by. All in all we had an amazing stay at the Islander and we hope to come and visit again in the future. P.S thank you for the little surprise in the fridge it was gratefully appreciated

The receptionist is rude. I asked for a room for two couples near the pool preferably a single level. We arrived the rude receptionist read us the right act. They put us in a villa with two rooms one queen bed… and two single beds. I called reception the rude receptionist answered and told me what you got a single level Like you asked. No where near the pool one bathroom and you like or not too bad. Called back because I couldn’t stand her abuse I put the phone down, I asked to speak to the manager only when my friend told her that this might be her last holiday as she has terminal
