BE AWARE USING THIS COMPANY, we have been let down twice by them.
They change their pricing to suit themselves example Airbnb price $10,316 ( not able to book) Direct Website price $10,615 ( not able to book) or email quote of $11,640 (of which can book)
I wonder if they pass the extra money onto the owners of the property!!!!

From my first phone enquiry with Holiday Homes @ Noosa the experience was a joy.
Salt & Sand was perfect for me and my Border Collie.
It was spotlessly clean with lovely linen & attention to detail apparent throughout.
Minutes away from a lead free dog beach & one minute from a grassed reserve.
A bus going to Noosa Heads & Hastings Street, passed the front door, a nice alternative to driving.
Not only do I recommend unequivocally, I have already booked for next year!

This house was great. Wonderful views of whales migrating from the deck, close to both swimming and off-leash dog beach 5-10mins walking. The house itself is "Beach Chic" with plenty of bedrooms and super comfy beds, modern gourmet kitchen with all the latest appliances. The yard is fully secure for your dog with outside shower and hose to clean up after the beach. Holiday Homes Noosa are very efficient and professional to deal with, excellent communication. Wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Perfect house, location & great communication from holiday homes noosa. House was very clean & tidy and had all the essentials required for an easy, family holiday. The biggest plus for us is that our fur baby was also welcome and is welcome at many of the properties listed via noosa holiday homes which is wonderful.

THE PROPERTY WAS IN SPOTLESS CONDITION AND IN A GREAT LOCATION..ALL DEALINGS WITH MANAGEMENT WERE 100% I FEEL THAT YOU DO NEED A CAR IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO USE BUS FOR SHOPPING AND GOING TO ALL NOOSA ATTRACTIONS. THE BEACH HOWEVER IS CLOSE ENOUGH FOR WALKING TO .WE HAVE A RED SETTER THAT NEEDS ROOM AND A SECURE PROPERTY AND THIS MET ALL REQUIREMENTS .WE SHALL LOOK FORWARD TO REBOOKING

100% happy with the service from Holiday Homes Noosa. Our stay at Aqua Grand Sunshine Beach was exactly what we needed after a busy year of work. We cannot thank you enough for taking care of every detail. Upon check in we immediately relaxed and loved everything about the house. The hot spa, huge pool for all the kids, the billiards room, the huge media room, the books to read and the steam room topped off a magical week to restore and replenish. I highly recommend these guys. We have rented 4 properties over the past few years and each time the properties have been spotless and well maintained as you would hope. However it is when you need something extra is why these guys are awesome. Baby cot, replacement gas bottles (I BBQ a lot) and extra sheets for surprise visits from family - makes you feel like royalty. Thanks guys - highly appreciated!
