Chanel Riggio has worked on a very difficult leasing situation for me and a number of landlords and she has acted in a professional manner at all times. The issue is about to resolve itself and this was due to the hard work and dedication shown by Chanel. The landlord group is very thankful for Chanel's involvement.

Network Pacific really deserved 0 star that highly recommend Google enhance the functionality. Sheer liar without reply，no return call. It rise admin fee and maintanence fee for NO reason. Arrange different reciptionists to rotake calling and pushing we owners to pay their untransparent fee. Some of us were even charged so-called ‘fine’ for delay payment. And the ‘delay’ is caused by their DELAY response on purpose. Plus, some of us were forced to pay interest caused by their fine. What a rubbish company！What a disaster company. Suggest to get rid of this cunning and knavish Network

Our Owners Corporation sacked this management company on 12 July 2021 for poor and unethical management services after they fabricated our 2020 Annual General Meeting minutes and charged us twice for COVID documents that the owners never received. They refuse to return emails or phone calls so the owners can collect our Owners Corporation records and funds and move on. They have acted without any integrity and refuse to acknowledge or respond to the owners.
The worst ever Strata Managers. Avoid this company.

Working in Property Management, I often work closely with Owners Corporation Managers. I can confidently say I have not come across another Owners Corporation Manager as fantastic as Lauren Jakimowicz. Lauren has an extremely thorough understanding of the industry and is always available and most importantly willing and wanting to help. Lauren has helped me in many situations, she has truly gone above and beyond her role and is a huge asset to Network Pacific. I have been involved with Network Pacific, and Holly Cook in particular, for the past 5 years, both as an Owners Corporation committee member, and for 12 months as chair of the OC. Being reasonably inexperienced in this area, I relied heavily on Holly's knowledge and experience during the 12 months as chair, Holly always replied promptly to phone calls and emails, this was very reassuring as at this time the OC was dealing with a very complex situation. Lauren J's service has been nothing short of outstanding, she runs her OC meetings over zoom with little fuss, she answers any building questions in a very accurate and prompt manner, and has a keen eye for keeping costs of running our building to a minimum, which is very pleasing to all of us.

The senior management team of the Network Pacific is very hands-on in serving their clients and addressing the clients' concern. Also, all the suppliers/contractors they recommended and selected are equally competent and trustworthy. This is very important to us!
Our previous OC manager did not look after the building, nor the lot owners as he was only busy colluding with the developer. We are glad that we appointed Network Pacific at the most critical time to take over the management of our building in the Box Hill community.
