The proprietor operates with the vigor of a tree stump and the wits of a goose.
Their approach to get your best results is non existent. They do the absolute minimum to scrape by.
Ask them any question about legislation and they don't know the answer. Not to mention actively lying to both landlords and tenants to improve their own bottom dollar.
