We hired Ryan to capture a possum residing in our roof. We had to pay the $350 fee upfront. Ryan arrived to place traps in our roof space but said that they would be too difficult to remove once the possum had been caught. In hindsight, he should have offered a refund and advised that he wouldn't be able to catch the possum. He then suggested leaving the trap outside near where the possum was getting in and out of the roof. He said it should be caught in a day or two. The trap was left for at least 10 days but failed to catch the possum. Ryan has since returned to our property to collect his traps

Purchased a property that has termite stations that are supposed to be serviced by these guys (termites still active in some stations) under a paid two year agreement so far the service has been poor and they don't keep appointments.
The property had over $100k of termite damage repaired 10 months ago so we are trying to be vigilant with inspections ect and expect a company to be the same.

We cannot thank Ryan enough for his amazing talent and professionalism. Ryan picked up on a number of things that 2 other separate companies failed to notice. We had extensive damage unfortunately which he picked up on immediately. He swiftly managed the situation and gave us great advice. He went out of his way to help us and we are very thankful! Ryan came out to do my pest control and he was friendly, very professional and efficient. He even pointed out that we had a leak in the roof, which we were unaware of as it had just started.
