Hi everyone. I have been going to Flagsmile for a couple of years now. From my first visit I knew I was in good hands. Ann explains everything that may need doing clearly, tells you what it will cost and gives you time to go away and work out what you want to do.
The gentleman dentist, I have forgotten his name 😔, is just as good too.
Everyone who works there is friendly, professional and caring. They all have welcoming smiles too. ☺️

We've bought our whole family over to Flagsmile, my 3 children (8,13 & 15) and myself. I'm an extremely nervous patient with lots of dental phobias/problems . I highly recommend both Dr's and their super friendly reception/assistant staff to anyone looking for kind, compassionate and caring treatment. Dr Ann personally has helped me significantly both in dentistry and helping to restore my smile. The team also acknowledge and respect patients concerns and mental health.

Dr Ann and her crew are so wonderful to deal with. Always smiling, happy and enthusiastic to see you. They are amazing at what they do, and always checking in to make sure your ok.
Highly recommended especially for those with dental / procedure phobia. Having the gas option was son so helpful for my son who had not long had a extensive hospital stay. 👍🏽 Big thumbs up 👍🏽

From the first appointment with Dr. Ann, I instantly felt comfortable and at ease with everything. Which, for someone that has been uneasy about dental clinics for years is quite a lot!
Since then, every appointment has been met with the same quality, energy and comfortable atmosphere.
Dr. Ann takes the time to explain everything clearly, provide support throughout every appointment and is extremely thorough.
I’m very pleased with results of my recent dental work and can guarantee I won’t be going anywhere else!

As a new family to the Flagstone Area, Dr Ann Chen and her dedicated team at Flagsmile Dental have been nothing but professionals and an absolute delight to work with. We have two young boys, 10 and 7, and Ann and her team have made them at ease with the whole dental program with cleaning, maintenance, needles, education, etc. I can highly recommend this dental practice to all members of your family. keep smiling :)

I highly recommend Flagsmile dental! I have seen both Dr Ann and Dr Jason and have no faults at all. Everyone on the team is super friendly and has an abundance of patience. I was anxious about having my first procedure but Dr Ann ensured I knew what was happening and took her time in making sure I was comfortable. I wouldn’t see anyone else now☺️

After relocating from Sydney it was important to find a new dentist we were happy with as we are a family of 6! Flagsmile was recommended to me and it was explained just how great it is for children and boy were they right! Upon meeting Dr Ann it was very obvious she was the kind of Dentist we needed for our 4 children, she really has that cheerful personality which made our initial visit positive. Our children are delighted to see Dr Ann which is extremely important as we have a daughter who suffers from anxiety. She clearly explains each and every step of the treatment she is planning and recommends

Absolutely love this place. Dr Ann is always so positive and supportive with my visits, plus always giving me pro tips on how to look after my teeth. She’s done an amazing job of getting my teeth straight. On top of that Danni and Rae are usually the first two people I see when I come for my visit and I’m always greeted with their happy faces and bubbly personalities. They always make me feel very welcomed when I arrive!

Dr Ann and the team at Flagsmile Dental are just amazing. We have been seeing the Team at Flagsmile since it’s opening and we will not go anywhere else. Dr Ann is brilliant with children who have anxiety and will always do her best to ease their minds.
