The salon is beautiful and my first time here was amazing - I had a lot of fun chatting to the staff and left with gorgeous hair for an event.
My latest visit was with another staff member who made the visit sleazy and uncomfortable. The state of my hair was criticized several times and the hairdresser did what they wanted, not what I asked for. I will not return.

Very happy with the service provided by Filomena at Aldos. My first visit I had an issue with my haircut from a different hairstylist and Filomena got me to come back in to fix it up straight away. The attention to detail was incredible and honestly is the best haircut I have received, I will definitely be back to see her, and would recommend her to new comers.

I’ve had my hair coloured at various top end salons throughout Victoria for the last 17 years and never had such a consistently good experience as I’ve had here with Amanda. Amanda listened to me and my requirements regarding the type of blonde I wanted to achieve. Not only has she nailed the colour perfectly on numerous occasions, but the colour stays for months without significant fading. Amanda is also a gem to talk with and we always have a good laugh. A genuinely enjoyable experience.

I went to do Foil, tint and hair cut during the easter. Filo’s told me she will do my hair but when I came, Danielle does my hair.
She is very rough, pulled my hair very hard, not gentle at all. It seem she is upset by something and released it on my hair.
Although I gave her a picture of the hairstyle that I want, not difficult style - cut Layer style, she made my hair messed and I don’t know what style is that.
Until 2 days, my scalp is still on pain and I get hair loss more.
She is also not happy when the Apprentice girl comb my hair with my own comb to fixed the tangled, she asked her

The worst experience I've ever had.
The hairdresser was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I regret I did not leave the place after washing my hair. As it already gave me that feeling that something is wrong here.
As a result I got a terrible haircut and was crying on my friend's shoulder while she was trying to fix it.
