About 6 years ago I moved to Oakleigh and started going to Stardust. Instantly I loved the relaxed environment and genuine kindness of the staff. Then I moved to the West for a couple of years for work, and was so excited to move back east and come back to Stardust. I was never able to find an equivalent - thats dreaming! I was glad to find nothing had changed, still the same chilled vibes, there's no where else I'd rather be

I love Stardust! Kate is my stylist and I would follow her anywhere. Always very clear with how the colour will work with my hair and honesty regarding cuts and style- she let's me know if I can achieve the look I want with my hair type. I feel 100% confident with Kate's professionalism, style and suggestions. I leave feeling like a million bucks. The compliments I have received after a visit keep coming, and let them all know where to go!

I loved going to stardust! Kate, Charlie and Adam were so lovely and went above and beyond. Didn't let me leave until I was totally happy and squeezed me in last minute. They really listened and nailed the brief. They are so amazing to their customers I'm excited to return!

I had the best hair salon experiences at Stardust. Adam was incredibly friendly from the moment I stepped through the door. He really took the time to get the cut right and recommended a style for my hair (which I haven't had cut in over a year) and it looks fantastic. He gave me tips on how to style it when at home and I couldn't recommend him enough. If you're looking for a professional, reasonably priced salon, this is the place to go.

This was my first time here and my first hair cut in over a year due to my old hair dresser always being too busy for me and not responding to me aaand Covid~. I decided to look closer to home and found this little place! The Owner; Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waiting lounge was super comfy!! Adam kept me up to date and just before my appointment time I was already being looked after. I had another young guy wash my hair; he was also lovely; all the staff were! Adam cut my hair and did a perfect job. I am looking forward to being a regular client ! Overall a great environment

I had a most amazing experience!! Friendly and professional stuff and a relaxing place. Lina cut my hair beautifully and styled it for my Christmas work do. She looked after me and paid attention to detail. Gave me the hair style I wanted based on a photo I showed her and adapted it making sure it suits me. I got so many compliments!! Thank you Lina and the rest of the stuff looking after me.

The salon is open, cute and quirky. the second i walked in there i felt welcome and that continued throughout the whole of my time there. three thumbs up for your customer service guys. everyone in there is so friendly and they listen to what you want. they fixed my hair perfectly and got it as close to what i wanted as they possibly could. very reasonable prices and an excellent location. will definately be returning and recommending!
