BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish i could give negative review
This company has ripped off my grandparents for years
Make sure you read their policies as they are for profit not for the customer
My grandparents have been with them for over 50 years
When their ceiling collasped they were no help and refused to pay
My grandparents were out of pocket to repair
We phoned to discontinue however still recieve reminder invoices
Today i phoned to express disgust and to not get any further invoices sent
Jade Russo screeched yelled abuse at us over the phone
My reply was wow how aggressive and unprofessional
