Tim was unprofessional in his renewal dealings, after a couple of emails, following an email where I asked if this was the best price from the insurance companies he comes back and advises that we can’t do business anymore as they have “changed their portfolio appetite” with no phone call, no alternative suggestion, just 7 working days out of renewal. Not impressed.
