Gerard was fantastic. He listened to my needs, understood that I'd never done any vent replacement work before, and after acurately supplying me will the 12 vents and collars I needed he carefully explained exactly what I needed to do. He even supplyed the duct tape and a spare collar in case I'd got the sizing wrong.
I went home and did the job full of confidence with a great result.

Contacted Gerard in regards to replacement air con vents for my house. He had everything I needed, along with tape and adaptors. Quality vents, stronger than the original ones that had discoloured and aged. Also supplied me with a wall vent which I was having issues finding the right side. If you need air-con help, he is the man to help

Gerard went above and beyond for us. My house is surrounded by bush, Gerard looked into the new laws governing the requirements prior, (for which I knew nothing about)my families safety was more important to Gerard than just selling me an air con. I couldn’t have ducted because of the proximity of the bush but got a great deal on 3 splits. His… tradie worked all weekend installing them. Thanks to GMT AIR, and the time he took,I know my daughter and soon to be born granddaughter are cool but most importantly safe. Highly recommend Thanks Gerard, my cooling angel xx

Gerard was excellent to deal with. We were having problems with an old aircon unit in the home and Gerard was happy to provide advice of repair verses replacement. We opted to go with a new install and thanks to GMTAir this could not have been simpler. The old unit was removed and replaced with the new system. The installer was arranged by Gerard and was also very professional with exceptional attention to detail on the quality of the installation. We would recommend GMTAir to anyone considering new split system airconditioning.

Gerard is very quickly able to ascertain what is needed… to cool or heat a building. Decided to go down the DIY installation path being an electrician and engage a third party fridgy mate to hook up the a/c pipe work and connections.
Gerard at GMT Air defined top customer service and was there to support whatever questions and concerns I had with their complete DIY kits and worked in with my delivery timeframes.
It is great to see this level of optional solutions to the residential market, rather than be dictated one option as most a/c businesses offer.
It does take some time and effort to install but we saved a bucket and I know that no installation shortcuts were taken - system
