Would have give a 0 star if there’s one. The receptionists there certainly don’t understand what it means to serve their patients. Terrible admin mistakes had me wasted an hour and stuff around the order of arrivals just so that they get to pump more patients out quickly.
When questioned, they just dodged the point and claimed I was 3 mins late for my appointment, whereas they let go of patients who arrived 30 mins late for the same appointment. I don’t know how they deserved 4 stars here.
Anyone who’s thinking of going, you better keep your ears out and eyes open or you could ended up

Dr Chu is incredible, Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he look after my mental health. He spot there was issues on me and organise the right treatment. He will even follow up to check if I’m ok when I did not return for subsequent appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

I have known Anthony for many years and built a strong relationship with him. He and the staff are friendly and professional. He combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. I am so glad I chose Sirius Health Medical Centre and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was a new patient to this clinic during the lockdown period. I initially made an phone consultation online, a reception staff contacted and offered me a video consultation instead based on my condition and needs. They have also set up the electronic script for me. Doctors and reception staff are very considerate. The most important thing is they are trying to communicate with patients!
