Our qualified and experienced jewellers, designers and gemmologist are here to share their world of jewellery expertise with you. The loyalty between designer and client becomes generational. While the majority of Manuela's pieces are designed for women; necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets, we also design a selection of rings, cufflinks and other pieces for men. My wife and I recently celebrated 10 years married, and I had wanted to present her with a ring. She chose out a very complicated design but the ladies at Zappacosta had no trouble making it a reality. Beth and Manuela were meticulous in their efforts to make sure the ring was exactly what we were after, and left no stone unturned in our consultations. The results were unreal, the ring turned out so well, and my wife loves it. I can't recommend Zappacosta Jewels highly enough!

Manuela so PERFECTLY remodelled and refreshed my engagement and wedding rings - even better than I dreamed! She is my favourite jeweller ever! This is the only place you need to go to if service and value are the things you’re after! Bought my engagement ring and later wedding bands for me and wife. Manuela and Beth were so helpful and considerate. They managed to help speed up the production of the engagement ring by nearly a week so I could give my fiancé a big surprise, yet still ensuring the perfect finishing! Now we are happily married! Absolutely amazing place, super friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere, gorgeous jewellery. Will definitely be returning in the nesr future to do business again. The owner was SO knowledgable! She taught us all about opals and various gem stones and answered all our inquisitive questions. She was such a lovely person it was as if she was an old friend. She knows her jewellery and how to make you feel at home. She gave us a hug and little chocolate stars. Honestly this store offers the best customer service I've ever experienced. The jewellery quality is phenomenal so go check them out!

I was searching for somebody to create a special custom engagement ring for my now Fiance, and from the second I walked in until the completion over 3 months later, Manuela and Beth were truly incredible.
